有请联盟成员单位代表、中国信息通信研究院安全研究所主任郑威先生，进行成果发布。

中国信息通信研究院安全研究所主任郑威表示，金融科技安全实验室近半年来在金融科技领域取得重要成果，金融数据安全融合平台，为监管机构开展公共服务以及监管科技提供支撑能力，同时为金融机构提供安全的服务。

通过隐私保护计算的技术在金融领域的应用，在金融业里会有不同的应用场景，包括了联合征信、联邦结算、风险评级、开放银行、保险定价、身份认证、精准营销等，也包括黑名单共享、反欺诈治理，让数据安全融合是我们工作的目标。

郑威指出，未来数据融合一定是国家队具有合法持牌的机构方，安全一定是数据融合的红线。未来通过隐私保护计算技术以及通过原理，根本上解决安全数据的可用而不可见，这是金融科技安全实验室服务会员单位、服务金融机构在科技方面做好能力支撑的重要工作方向。中国信通院作为独立的第三方机构，产出的研究报告和大家探讨，希望相关单位、感兴趣的科研院所可以和我们一起合作，打造“上海科技联盟的联盟标准”，争取成为金融安全领域里的上海标杆。

Zheng Wei, director of the Security Research Institute, CAICT, said that the fintech security laboratory has achieved important results in the fintech field in the past six months. The financial data security integration platform has provided support for regulatory institutions to carry out public services. The platform has also offered secure service for financial institutions. 

The application of privacy protection computing technology in the financial field has different scenarios in the financial industry, including joint credit investigation, risk rating, open banking, insurance pricing, identity authentication, precision marketing, blacklist sharing, and anti-fraud governance. Data security integration is the goal of our work.

Zheng Wei pointed out that data integration should abide by the basic rule of security. As an independent third-party organization, CAICT will work together with relevant scientific research institutes to create the "Shanghai Standard" and strive to become a benchmark in China’s financial security field.

发布会进入第二环节，有请联盟成员单位代表，上海交通大学上海高级金融学院副院长、上海交通大学中国金融研究院副院长、上海高金金融研究院院长李峰先生作主旨演讲，演讲题目是：“金融科技的司法应用：量化模型与证券虚假陈述投资者损失核定”。

Now the conference enters the second session. Li Feng, professor of the Accounting Department of Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance with Shanghai Jiaotong University, vice president of China Institute of Finance and co-president of SAIFR, will give a keynote speech. The topic is “Quantitative Application of Fintech in the Judicial Field: Quantitative Model and Investor Loss Assessment of Securities Misrepresentation."

上海交通大学上海高级金融学院副院长、上海交通大学中国金融研究院副院长、上海高金金融研究院院长李峰强调，上海最重要的优势是营商环境、法治环境，重视契约精神。利用前沿金融科技多因子量化模型赋能司法工具，希望成果能起到上海金融科技在司法应用的引领作用。

李峰指出，在中国金融监管的大背景下，模型需要有普适性、稳健性、准确性、灵活性。这套系统并不复杂，用的是金融最核心的理论结合数据库、最先进的做法（云计算），对业界、司法实践和推荐有很重要的作用。

Li Feng, professor of the Accounting Department of Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance with Shanghai Jiaotong University, vice president of China Institute of Finance and co-president of SAIFR, noted that Shanghai boasts sound business environment and legal environment. The application of the fintech multi-factor quantitative model in the judicial field is expected to play a significant role. 

Feng Li pointed out that in the context of China's financial supervision, models need to be universal, steady, accurate and flexible. This model is not complicated. It uses the core theory of finance and the most advanced practice (cloud computing), which plays an important role in the judicial field.

发布会进入第三个环节，有请联盟成员单位代表、德勤管理咨询数据科学卓越中心主管合伙人尤忠彬先生做主旨演讲，演讲题目是：“乘数效应：融合领先技术，激发创新动能”。

Now, the third session of the conference. You Zhongbin, Managing Partner of Data Science Capability Center in Deloitte Consulting, will give a keynote speech. The topic is "The multiplier effect: The imperative for coordinated technology deployment in financial services".

德勤管理咨询数据科学卓越中心主管合伙人尤忠彬发布跟世界经济论坛全球调研的创新成果。研究报告是针对金融科技融合创新应用做的主题分享。

尤忠彬认为，不管金融科技怎么组合，AI技术和云计算技术在各个技术集群中的核心地位是不变的，这是所有技术融合创新的必要路径。未来随着5G、物联网技术的引入，跟物理世界在实时不断的数据传输和对接，如果实时数据不准确，或者被人为恶意操控的时候需要有应对能力进行及时的反应和干预。因此，为迎接新一轮的技术创新要做好四方面的准备：一是关注技术融合。站在融合的角度看待未来的新发展机遇。二是坚持客户驱动。客户需要什么？客户在什么地方停留时间？如何有效地和客户互动 。三是提升监管透明协作。四是强化组织内部敏捷力。组织内部重新发明轮子、各自为战的现象是存在的，需要增强协同能力。

You Zhongbin, Managing Partner of Data Science Capability Center in Deloitte Consulting, released the innovative results of the global survey with the World Economic Forum. The research report is about the innovative applications of fintech integration.

You Zhongbin believed that no matter how finance and technology are combined, the core position of AI technology and cloud computing technology in each technology cluster remains unchanged. It is a necessary path for integration and innovation of all technologies. In the future, with the introduction of 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, it will see the real-time data transmission and connection with the physical world. If the real-time data is inaccurate or maliciously manipulated by humans, it needs to have the ability to respond and intervene in a timely manner. Therefore, in order to meet the new round of technological innovation, we must make preparations in four aspects. The first is to focus on technological integration. We should seize the new development opportunities in the future, from the perspective of integration. The second is to insist on customer-driven method. What does the customer need? Where does the customer stay? How to effectively interact with customers. The third is to improve regulatory transparency and collaboration. The fourth is to strengthen the internal agility of the organization. The phenomenon of "reinventing the wheel" and "fighting each other" within the organization exists. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the ability of coordination.

Now, the last session of the conference. Deng Weili, Secretary-General of Shanghai Fintech Industry Alliance (SFIA) and Chairman of Shanghai International Group Asset Management Co., Ltd., will release the innovation achievements made by the SFIA members.

上海金融科技产业联盟秘书长、上海国际集团资产管理有限公司董事长邓伟利先生发布“联盟成员单位2020年金融科技创新成果”：

自去年十月倡议发起以来，上海金融科技产业联盟的成员单位围绕自身主业，在金融科技领域开展积极布局和探索，挖掘基于新一代信息技术在平台、产品、服务、模式等方面的发展潜力，初步形成了锐意进取、多头并进、合作协同的创新态势。据秘书处的不完全统计，2020年度在联盟成员单位中，共计有10家机构的33个金融科技相关领域项目，获得由政府部门、行业协会、主流媒体等颁发的 45个奖项，在人工智能、区块链等方面取得了丰硕成果。

联盟正筹划设立若干个不同方向的专业委员会，以巩固和夯实联盟在垂直领域的专业能力储备。在本次成果发布会之后，联盟就将举办金融信息技术创新专业委员会第一次筹备会议。未来依托专委会的学术科研力量，联盟有计划单独举办“金融科技创新成果评选活动”，届时希望联盟成员单位能踊跃参与、积极申报，共同把颁奖典礼打造具有影响力的年度盛典。

Deng Weili, Secretary General of Shanghai Fintech Industry Alliance (SFIA) and Chairman of Shanghai International Group Asset Management Co., Ltd., released the the fintech innovation achievements made by the SFIA members in 2020. 

Since the initiative was launched in October last year, the member units of the Shanghai Fintech Industry Alliance (SFIA) have been actively exploring in the fintech field around their main business, and tapping the development potential of platforms, products, services, and models based on the new generation of information technology. According to incomplete statistics from the Secretariat of the SFIA, in 2020, among the member units of the Alliance, there are a total of 33 fintech-related projects from 10 institutions, winning 45 awards issued by government departments, industry associations, mainstream media, etc. , and the members have achieved fruitful results in the artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and other aspects. 

The Alliance is planning to set up several professional committees in different directions in an effort to consolidate its professional capacity reserves in vertical fields. After this achievement conference, the SFIA will hold the first preparatory meeting of the Specialized Committee of the Financial Information Technology Innovation. In the future, relying on the academic research strength of the committee, the Alliance plans to hold a separate "fintech innovation achievement selection activity". At that time, it is hoped that the member units of the SFIA can actively participate in the activity and build it into an influential annual ceremony.
