李文杰，贝壳找房高级副总裁。

北京大学区域经济学研究生毕业，清华大学工商管理硕士。现任北京房地产中介行业协会会长，中国房地产估价师与经纪人学会副秘书长，住房和城乡建设部房地产市场调控决策咨询专家，北京市朝外街道工委党支部书记。

1994年进入房地产行业，曾任香港中原地产集团首席运营官。作为房地产市场专家，多次参加国内外房地产市场学术会议，曾参加政府工作报告意见征求会，为政府部门提供房地产市场调控政策建议。

He holds a master's degree in regional economics from Peking University and EMBA from Tsinghua University. He is currently the President of Beijing Real Estate Agency Association, the deputy secretary general of China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents and the real estate market regulation and decision-making expert of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China. Meanwhile, he is the party branch secretary of Beijing ChaoWai subdistrict working committee.

He entered the real estate industry in 1994 and served as the Chief Operating Officer of Centaline Group in Hong Kong. As a real estate market expert, he has participated in academic conferences on the real estate market for many times, and participated in soliciting opinions to the reports on the work of the government, providing policy suggestions for the government to regulate the real estate market.
